The Field Operations Associate will report to the Volume Planning Manager and will be part of the Business Planning department.
He/She will be involved in reporting activities and analysis to support the KIA Field team, providing information on sales performance, stock level, pipeline status and all other needed information at dealer level.
A key aspect of this role will be the advanced use of Tableau.
The Field Operations Associate will be responsible for transforming large datasets into actionable insights, enabling the field team to make faster, more informed decisions.
Proficiency in Tableau will simplify reporting, offering a comprehensive and immediate view of key performance metrics.
He/She will support internal processes such as Dealer target calculation and weekly forecast process, supporting involved teams and improving actual tools.
By leveraging Tableau, the Associate will significantly contribute to processes effectiveness, enhancing the accuracy and timeliness of the analyses provided.
Your Mission: Updating recurring reports with accuracy and precision, in line with the provided deadlines.
Design ad hoc analysis at dealer level to evaluate specific situations and support company decision processes.
Support Field team by providing Zone Managers analysis and insight in line with company focus.
Collaboration with Regional Managers to evaluate field team needs.
Weekly alignment with promotion, logistics, and supply to provide updated information to the Field team.
Support the weekly forecast process, coordinating involved actors and supporting them during meeting preparation phase, ensuring the respect of given deadlines.
Collaboration with Business Planning team for information quality improvement.
Design proper dealer targets to maximize network performance.
Effective support tool improvements, with particular focus on Tableau developments.
Your Talents: University Degree.
1-2 years' experience in a similar role of analysis with the use of Tableau.
Knowledge of the automotive sector is considered a plus.
Fluent English and Italian.
Knowledge and use of Tableau.
Professional use of MS Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively.
Knowledge and use of Alteryx will be considered a plus.
The ideal candidate is passionate about cars with a consistent analytic background, very precise, proactive, and with an enquiring attitude.
S/he shows a desire to improve the status quo with a positive "can do" attitude and enthusiasm for the automotive market.
Strongly goal-oriented, s/he has teamwork, communication, public speaking, reliability, and organizational skills with good negotiation ability.
Contractual grade: Fourth Level CCNL.
