We are seeking a spunky and dynamic marketing professional to join our team in Europe as a Field Marketing Specialist.
As the Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our brand's reputation and visibility, and effectively organize and plan programs and events in order to drive demand.
Ideally, you've seen the importance of field marketing strategies and campaigns in taking a brand and demand gen to the next level in the broader European region.

Responsibilities Develop strategies to capture a larger share of the market in key countries.
Coordinate and execute integrated, omnichannel sales and marketing campaigns with localized content and marketing campaigns, focusing on evergreen campaigns.
Coordinate direct mail campaigns for local holidays and maintain event calendar.
Support strategic account-based initiatives with highly targeted and personalized outreach.
Attend, support, and measure the success of trade shows, and conferences.
Ensure the team's adherence to project timelines and achievement of key performance indicators.
Produce post-campaign evaluation reports to facilitate ROI analysis.
What you bring 2+ years of proven experience as a Field Marketing Specialist or similar role within the B2B marketing industry.
Excellent understanding of demand generation, marketing concepts, and best practices.
Proficiency in marketing automation software and CRM tools.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as needed.
