e-work SpA, HR Executive Branch, is seeking for a client, a leader in the digital payment and money transfer services industry, a Field Marketing Manager to join their team.As the B2B Field Marketing Manager for Italy, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive growth and generate leads within the Italian market.
You will serve as a key liaison between the local market and the broader B2B marketing team, ensuring alignment and consistency across all initiatives.
In the role you will report to the EMEA B2B Marketing Director, and your responsibilities would include:Develop and execute localized B2B marketing strategies: Tailor marketing plans to address the needs and preferences of the Italian market, aligning with the overall B2B marketing strategy.Manage B2B digital campaigns: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, social media advertising, and SEO/SEM.Drive lead generation: Develop and implement lead generation programs to identify and attract qualified prospects within the Italian market.
Work on ABM campaigns and TAL/TAMs.Organize and execute local events: Work with the Global Events team and B2B Marketing team to plan and execute B2B events (Netcom Forum), conferences, and webinars to increase brand visibility and generate leads.Website management: Ensure the Italian B2B website is up-to-date and localized to effectively reach the Italian market in close collaboration with the Global teams.Content creation and distribution: Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to develop and distribute high-quality content across various channels (paid media, web, direct mail, and email) to drive opportunity creation and pipeline acceleration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.Build strong relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Spanish market, including industry associations, influencers, and media outlets.Measure and analyze performance: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of field and channel marketing programs, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.Market intelligence: Serve as the primary point of contact with the local ecosystem and partners, seeking out marketing opportunities and collaborations.
Conduct ongoing market research and benchmarking to inform the local market strategy.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field marketing and lead generation.Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective B2B marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Native Italian and English fluency is a must.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in the Italian market.Knowledge of the B2B technology or financial services industry.Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.Type of Contract: 12-Month Temporary ContractLocation: Milan #J-18808-Ljbffr
