In this role your will perform applicationactivities for the entire Point Of Care portfolio achieving targetswithin assigned territories (Regions of Abruzzo, Molise, Lazio, Sardegna,Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria e Sicilia) reporting to the Country CSPOC Manager.Your role:You will take care of post sales direct problem-solving troughmethod applications or troubleshooting or by activating the specific technicalservice or application support and reaching consequent customer satisfaction. You will take care of onsite instrument installation, customertraining and follow up regarding Point of Care Diagnostics Products. You will take care of system's performance monitoring by measuringselected KPIs and the adherence to the contract terms.You will support new system launches, implementation, updates, andupgrades.You will reinforce the professional project management approach inlarge projects.You will take care of new eventually customer's need giving yourdirect support, in cooperation with our sales people or activating internalsupport channelsYou will support Sales in Pre-Sales activities and responses totenders ensuring the proposed solution is profitable.You will contribute to transform the POC CS organization in aprofit center by identifying opportunities to sell our Services.Your expertise:Preferable Degree in Biology/BiomedicalLaboratory Techniques or equivalent 1-5 years of experience in similar roleExcellent analytical and troubleshootingskills with ability to communicate complex technical and clinical content in aneasy-to-understand manner.Fluent English in both written and spoken.Availability to travelBasic Knowledge of IT and networking, willingnessto develop this skill.
