We are currently looking for a Field Application Specialist Sicilia and South Calabria, who will utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems, and implement solutions. He/She will be able to communicate effectively and create empathy with customers, colleagues, and collaborators. The new colleague will become aware of local market conditions and be proficient in interpreting financial, strategic, and tactical information from internal sources.
Key Responsibilities: Provide customer support, training, post-sales activities, customer maintenance procedures, and on-site assistance. Work closely with the local/regional team to protect, maintain, and increase the company's business, focusing on the installed base. Identify new needs initially not detected by the customer and provide the right solutions. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Bioengineering, or Biotechnology; proficient English is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work autonomously and as a team player; open to travel with a valid driving license.
