We are currently looking for a Field Application Specialist Sicilia and South Calabria , who will have the possibility to demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions. He/She'll be able to communicate and listen honestly and create empathy with the customer, colleagues, and collaborators. Knowledge to communicate in different situations and with different people.
New colleagues will become aware of local market conditions, and will be proficient in interpreting financial, strategic, and tactical information from internal sources and communicate appropriately on business conditions to customers.
He/She will have the opportunity to lead a new installation implementation, acquiring company processes that are needed to schedule all necessary activities involving all teams that must take action (internal, customer, others) from pre-installation to go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support, training, post-sales activities, customer maintenance procedures, and on-site assistance to our customers.
Work closely with the local/regional team to protect, maintain, and increase the company's business, focusing on the installed base.
Identify new needs initially not detected by the customer and provide the right solutions.
Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Bioengineering, or Biotechnology; proficient English is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work autonomously while being a team player. Open to travel, with the possibility of overnights (driving license is mandatory).
