We are currently looking for a Field Application Specialist , who will have the possibility to demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions.
He/She'll be able to communicate and to listen honesty and to create empathy with the customer, colleagues and collaborators.
Knowledge to communicate in different situation and different people.
New colleague will become aware of local market conditions, he/she will be proficient in interpreting financial, strategic, tactical information from internal sources and communicate appropriately on business conditions to customers.
He/She will have the opportunity to lead a new installation implementation acquiring company processes that are needed to schedule all needed activities involving all the teams that must take actions (internal, customer, others) from pre-installation to go-live.
Key Responsibilities: Provide Customer support, trainings, post-sales activities, customer maintenance procedures, on-site assistance to our customers.
Works closely with the local/regional team with the aim of protecting, maintaining and increasing the company's business, focusing on the installed base.
Identifies new needs initially not detected by the customer and provides the right solutions.
Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, proficient English is mandatory Open to travel, with overnights (driving license is mandatory) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well You will be part of a dynamic team in which there is a high focus on delivering results and continuous improvement, but also where having fun and teamwork is very important.
