Scope As Traffic Field Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Collaborate with BD and PM to determine a fitting technical solution based on client needs.
Configure the software platform according to the customer's requested application.
Provide exhaustive technical support.
Troubleshooting.
Train customers, participating in Tattile Academy development.
Profile Skilled in communicating effectively with clients.
Education: Diploma in Informatics or Computer Science.
Software skills in the web interface field, protocol FTP, TCP/IP, RSTP, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with electronics, serial protocols, and embedded systems.
Place of work: Mairano (Brescia), Italy.
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must; additional foreign language is a plus.
Open to domestic and international travel.
A plus is a familiarity with Alarm and CCTV business.
Preferred age: less than 35.
