Tasks Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on installed systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair faults in solar inverters and battery storage systems promptly and efficiently. Customer Support: Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of solar inverters and battery systems. Act as a point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including conducting risk assessments and ensuring safe working practices. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with industry standards and company policies. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs. Prepare detailed reports on system performance, faults, and any corrective actions taken. Requirements Experience with solar inverters and battery storage systems. Additional qualifications in renewable energy systems or related fields. Strong technical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
