Role Overview:
This role is expected to support the team through several lifing-related tasks on components designed and manufactured under Client's responsibility.
Provide all the needed support and/or documentation for Deterministic and Probabilistic Fracture Mechanics analysis;Support to Design and Lifing process (analysis, reviews, etc.);Perform Safe Life calculation and Life declaration activities;Follow Mechanical investigations on NPI components submitted to test on Rigs;Develop tools in support of the above described activities.Qualifications/Requirements Master's degree in Mechanical EngineeringFluent English and Italian, both oral and writtenStrong interpersonal skills and international team-working attitudeExperience on fatigue and fracture mechanicsKnowledge of fatigue crack growth simulations basisBase knowledge of finite element modellingExperience with MatlabKnowledge of Ansys finite element software would be advantageousNice to have Commitment, precision, flexibility, reliabilityExcellent documentation and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent team-work attitudeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAvailability for business travels (short & long term travels)Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlinesEducation Type
