Responsibilities Support Oracle EPM products daily, predominantly FCCSCultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients and partnersContinuously strive to understand customer requirements and deliver beyond expectationsManage individual project priorities, deadlines, stakeholders and deliverables in a dynamic environmentEnsure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycleCreate software documentation and update existing documentationDrive continuous improvement in service delivery, contributing to the evolution of our optimised model.Requirements 3 years or more experience in daily support of Oracle EPM products, predominantly FCCSPrior experience developing, testing and deploying application functionality to meet specificationProven ability to learn and adapt to new frameworks/technologies and expand knowledge through hands on product experienceHands-on experience in deployment and support of Oracle FCCSExperience in Managing metadata / Ownership/ Data Processes in FCCSAbility to understand complex FX Translation logic, JV logic and Intercompany modelling within the toolset, resolve issues with the solution as well as develop enhancement and deploying enhancements as requiredStrong troubleshooting skills with an eye to solving complex problems quicklyExcellent oral and written English communication and interpersonal skills.Desirable but not essential: Knowledge of Oracle Essbase and Planning Products (PBCS, EPBCS and Hyperion Planning)
