Support Oracle EPM products daily, predominantly FCCS. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners. Continuously strive to understand customer requirements and deliver beyond expectations. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a dynamic environment. Ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle. Create software documentation and update existing documentation. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, contributing to the evolution of our optimised model. Requirements
4 years+ experience in daily support of Oracle EPM products, predominantly FCCS. Prior experience developing, testing and deploying application functionality to meet specifications. Proven ability to learn and adapt to new frameworks/technologies and expand knowledge through hands-on product experience. Hands-on experience in deployment and support of Oracle FCCS. Experience in Managing metadata / Ownership / Data Processes in FCCS. Ability to understand complex FX Translation logic, JV logic and Intercompany modelling within the toolset, resolve issues with the solution as well as develop enhancements and deploy enhancements as required. Strong troubleshooting skills with an eye to solving complex problems quickly. Excellent oral and written English communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable but not essential:
Knowledge of Oracle Essbase and Planning Products (PBCS, EPBCS and Hyperion Planning).
