JOB PURPOSE The Fashion Press Office Specialist ensures proper coordination and management of all activities to support the Fashion press office.
RESPONSIBILITIES Collects and enters into the office database the mailing lists produced by HQ and WW Press Offices for the fashion show event and for the mailing of giveaways and promotional materials, also coordinating the mailing activity for the latter.
Operationally supports the Fashion Press Office for the fashion show event: drafting invitations, drafting post fashion show collection presentation meeting schedule, receiving and handling seating phone calls, sending out show room re-sees requests.
Collects Press Office WW wardrobe orders and sends them to Production Offices, monitors production timelines and coordinates product shipping activities to Subsidiaries.
Oversees activities of sending information/materials (prices, captions, etc) to editorial offices and updating Fashion Press Office contact database.
Supports the function in organizing show room presentations, mailings and sending press folders; Ensures proper handling of incoming and outgoing documentation related to editorial products.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Similar 3-year experience in this role, preferably in the Luxury/Fashion industryPrior experience in coordinating fashion show and backstageRelational, managerial and organizational skillsInterest and attitude towards fashion and luxury productsKnowledge of Office applications, in particular Excel, Power PointVery good knowledge of English.
