The Rome Business School is looking for a Faculty Manager to join our academic department as Faculty Coordinator in the most international business school in Italy.
The mission of the Faculty coordinator is to oversee and enhance the academic and professional growth of the teaching staff, ensuring excellence in education delivery and adherence to institutional standards.
This role is dedicated to fostering a supportive and dynamic environment where faculty members can thrive and contribute to the institution's goals.
What would be your main duties?
Manage the teaching staff in the following dimensions: selection, onboarding, talent detection, training, evaluation, and promotion.
Support and train academic area directors in managing internal and collaborating faculty processes.
Ensure compliance with faculty ratios and the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SGIC).
Ensure the fulfillment of evaluation results of teaching activity and performance in accordance with the School's objectives.
Participate in the execution and tools of the teaching development and career plan that meet the School's current and future objectives.
Manage the Annual Training Plan for teachers for teaching innovation and academic excellence of the School in coordination with the corresponding Vice-Deanship.
Promote the engagement of the faculty.
Implement the Career and Training Plan for teachers in coordination with the corresponding Vice-Deanship.
Guarantee the KPIs related to the efficiency, satisfaction, and quality of the faculty established by the competent Vice-Deanship.
Manage administrative processes related to teachers and external providers (hiring, termination, payments), as well as accounting allocation and budget management.
What would we like to see on your CV?
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Pedagogy, or related field.
A Master's and/or Doctorate will be valued.
