As a factory Project Manager, you will lead medium power transformers' orders and be the point of contact for our customers worldwide throughout the order life cycle. You are also responsible for order results, partner management, and the successful management of complaints, as well as project risks and opportunities.
How You'll Make an Impact
You will analyze the technical and contractual information of the order and carry any required clarification or negotiation either internally or externally with the customer throughout the order life cycle; You will control and actively influence the execution of the forecasted schedule by means of close control and follow-up of technical and quality documents issuance and approval, purchase of materials, production, testing, shipping, and commissioning up to the end of the warranty period; You will proactively perform and handle the project risks analysis and coordinate mitigation or preventive actions; You will keep constant efficient communication with customers and factory team members; You will organize meetings or factory visits with clients for kick-off meetings, design reviews, inspections, factory acceptance tests, shipment, and commissioning coordination; You will proactively manage project costs, time, and scope, keeping close track of customer satisfaction and your organization's expected results; You will proactively manage orders' lessons learned as part of our organization's continuous improvement culture. What You Bring
Degree or Master's degree in electrical, mechanical, or management engineering. At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in a factory/productive environment. Business-fluent English and Italian language skills. Knowledge of German is considered a plus. You work well under pressure in a quick and assertive manner and are comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments. Good collaboration and time management skills; Availability to travel regularly for business trips, national and international. About the Team
