So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.We are looking for a Factory Controller Manager for our San Bonifacio site reporting to Factory Manager and is part of local management team.The work as a Factory controller includes being part of the management team within Operations San Bonifacio, as well as supporting the work with strategic plans for the future.Who you areSelf-starter with a hands-on mentalityPossess good communication skills with a business and engineering understandingGood at networking, curious, flexible, logical, conscientious, proactive, and problem-solving orientedAbility to work in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholdersHave a great desire to learnProactive attitudeCustomer-oriented with good social skillsInterest in IT systemsAbout the jobYour main responsibilities will be:Provide consolidated data figures for monthly reportsControl factory costs and ensure alignment in the systemsManage the Budget & Forecast processEnsure accuracy of financial information used to support the improvement of operational related processesPromote initiatives to achieve growth and cost savingsWeekly monitoring of factory performance key figures and KPIsConduct actual vs. standard cost variance analysisPerform spot/exceptional data extraction and analysisActively participate in periodical and year-end inventory controlsCoordinate the teamManage financial reporting and follow-upHandle administrative questions of the financial transactions in the ERP systemSupport the local management team with financial topicsWhat you knowFinance/Economical backgroundBusiness acumen, and experience in the Operations fieldTeam playerExperience with project managementGood communication skills and knowledge of financial tools, strong Excel capabilityAt least 5-6 years of experience in international technical accountingFluent in written and spoken EnglishStrong understanding and analytical skills on financial figuresHigh competence in Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)Good competence with IT systemsLocation: San Bonifacio (VR) #J-18808-Ljbffr
