We are looking for a Factory Controller Manager for our San Bonifacio site, reporting to the Factory Manager and being part of the local management team.
The work as a Factory Controller includes being part of the management teamwork within Operations San Bonifacio, as well as supporting the work with strategic plans for the future.

Provide consolidated data figures for monthly reportsFactory cost control and alignment in the systemsBudget & Forecast processEnsure accuracy of financial information used to support the improvement of operational related processesPromote initiatives to achieve growth and cost savingsWeekly monitoring of factory performance key figures, KPI, and new reportsActual vs. Standard cost variance analysisSpot / Exceptional Data extraction and analysisActively role in periodical and YE inventory controlsCoordination of teamIn charge of the financial reporting and follow-upResponsible for administrative questions of the financial transactions in the ERP systemSupporting the local management team with financial topicsWhat you know Finance/Economical backgroundBusiness acumen, experienced in the Operations fieldTeam playerExperience with project managementGood communication skills and knowledge of finance tools, strong Excel capabilityAt least 5/6 years of experience in international technical accountingFluent in written and spoken EnglishWell understanding and analyzing skills on financial figuresHigh competence on Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)Good/Capable competence with IT systemsLocation: San Bonifacio (VR)
