THE ROLE
NGG is looking for a Facility Specialist to join our Store Planning department. You will support the Facility Manager in driving all ordinary and extra-ordinary maintenance activities of the stores, performing the role in agreement with the guidelines set by the HQ in order to meet Company deadlines and objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coordinate ordinary and extra-ordinary maintenance activities for the group stores.
Periodic site inspections to ensure the highest standard aspects and to check execution of planned and extraordinary maintenance activities.
Guarantee project schedule and coordinates contractors, suppliers and local architects in order to supervise the progress of work and to meet Company deadlines.
Support in Budget estimation and cost control for ordinary and extraordinary activities (order request management, collaboration with accounting department for payment related issues, etc.).
Manage new projects and openings, interfacing with internal teams and external consultants.
Check the adequacy of sites with regard to health and safety in coordination with RSPP/HSE.
WHO YOU ARE
Degree in Architecture or Engineering is mandatory.
2/3 years experience in a similar position preferably in a luxury fashion brand.
Good communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational and time management, aptitude for problem solving and flexibility are required.
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
