Position Information Job Title: Facility Manager - Rome, Italy
Job Description: This full-time position is responsible for oversight of the facilities in Rome, ensuring smooth operations on both the maintenance and administrative sides. Occasional support with other international facilities may be required.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Monitor facilities, equipment, and machinery; coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, installations and renovations, and ensure safety requirements are met. Plan and manage the ordinary maintenance, including the supervision of the contractors and suppliers. Maintain inventory and purchase equipment. Manage reporting and analysis of maintenance activities. Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations. Support national and international administrative activities. Offer occasional support to the events office. Attributes and Skills: Positive attitude and collaborative approach to work. Flexibility, initiative and follow-through on work issues and activities. Strong organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple roles, often simultaneously. Ability to adapt to change and to work in a dynamic environment. Be computer savvy with a knowledge of Microsoft suites. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of experience in facility management or equivalent.

Schedule: Hours: will be agreed with the successful candidate who must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends. 38 hours per week. 6-month position with the possibility of extension.
