By covering this role, you will maintain and monitor the Ferrero buildings in the southern Italian plants in terms of costs, efficiency and investments.
You will supervise space occupancy, ensuring that office facilities are maintained in accordance with compliance standards and government regulations.Main Responsibilities: As Facility Manager, one of your key tasks will be to establish a maintenance plan for all the buildings in the estate, to improve the fire-fighting systems, to ensure the best allocation and use of space and resources for new buildings or the reorganization of current premises, and to manage the collection of documents relating to the assets under your responsibility.The control of investment workflow activities until project completion, in accordance with Group and local procedures, will be a very important point in the performance of your task.You will take care of the daily operation of the facilities, e.G.
by delegation to external providers or by internal measures, also by collecting all maintenance and H&S needs/requests.You will be the focal point for managing the local budgeting process in cooperation with the Maintenance Manager, Resident Manager and Local Controlling and support the investment planning for the buildings.You will also be responsible for maintaining relations with public authorities and institutions in order to obtain permits and licences, and for supervising and coordinating the work of contractors.You will be at the forefront of promoting our "smart building" model to ensure comfort, cost optimization and sustainability.Who we are looking for: You will bring your Master's Degree in Civil/Environment Engineering or a similar university Degree; Your previous experience of at least 5 years in Facility Management or civil engineering activities will be a great asset for this role.Good project management skills and a strong customer focus both combined with your dynamic, curious and proactive way of working effectively in complex situations, will be the key to covering this position.Last but not least, your fluency in both English and Italian languages will allow you to effectively interact with different levels of stakeholders on a Global scale.Does it sound the right opportunity for you?
