APPLICATION CLOSING DATE: December 12th, 2024 The Human Technopole Foundation is looking for a Facility Management - Electrical Engineer. The role, reporting to the FMHard and Soft Services Manager and part of the Campus Development & Facility Management Team, supports all operational and administrative tasks with a focus on electrical plants of the Campus, overseeing the maintenance team in line with the contract details, ensuring that quality service is provided in line with the policies, procedures and legislative requirements, and also assures design and production of technical documentation according to HT needs for Campus development.
Your main tasks and responsibilities: Detailing the Planning of implementation works on electrical plants and infrastructures according to the Campus Maintenance Plan;Overseeing external maintenance providers in many activities such as the implementation of photovoltaic plants, implementation of main medium voltage connections and works execution to assess their compliance with the tender specifications;Ticketing system management;Support the line manager on periodical internal audits related to the Campus electrical infrastructure;Monitor the plan for electrical business continuity across the Campus;Support in project design activities for the realization of new projects both in terms of extraordinary maintenance and main real estate activities;Support during construction works execution and commissioning;Follow periodical communication and tax payments for direct electricity production;Implement systems on the field to monitor electricity consumption for each function.Mandatory requirements: Technical Diploma;Up to 5 years' experience in a similar role;CAD software hands-on user;Fluent in Italian;Good English knowledge.Preferential requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field;Previous experience in a public administration/hospital/university or research institute;Good BMS systems knowledge;Good knowledge of the technical regulations regarding electrical infrastructure up to 10 MW;Good Italian Public Procurement knowledge.Organizational and social skills: Proactivity;Flexibility;Attention to details;Good communication skills;Team-working attitude.Application Instructions: Please apply online sending:
