Corporate Real Estate (CRE) at DHL Group is responsible for more than 12,000 properties across all DHL business units worldwide. This portfolio covers an area of more than 30 million m² and is managed by around 1,700 dedicated real estate experts worldwide.

Your tasks: Supports the Facility Manager in delivering operational services. Assists in overseeing service providers in executing the FM tactical and operational goals. Tracks the implementation of technical guidelines. Tracks & reports on staffing/third parties/contractors through KPIs. Inspects site for specific projects. Administers landlord payments and facilitates budget. Your profile: Vocational or Technical Education (Surveyor). Construction Engineer Degree would be a great plus. Any work experience in Real Estate Company, Property & Facility companies would be a huge advantage. Advanced Level of English. Good communication and influencing skills.
