Facility & Maintenance Coordinator

DHL Supply Chain has the opportunity for you. We are looking for a Facility & Maintenance Coordinator.

In this Facility & Maintenance role you will: Responsible for maintaining and improving the physical environment of the company's facilities. This role involves managing day-to-day operations and coordinating maintenance and supporting facility-related projects. Oversee routine maintenance tasks. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work. Program and coordinate regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly. Implement energy-saving initiatives. Monitor and manage the facility's budget. Assist in planning and executing facility-related projects, such as renovations or new construction, suppliers coordination and technical specifications development. Provide technical support in purchasing activities such as sourcing and negotiation of suppliers. Main Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field. At least 5 years of experience in facilities management within Supply Chain/Logistics or Retail industries. Proven experience managing maintenance operations. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong working experience with AutoCAD. Good knowledge of English.
