Job Description The Facilities Data Analytics position is responsible for supporting the collection, analysis, and reporting of facilities data to enable efficient and effective management of our premises. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Group Premises & Facilities function for a 6-month stage position. This role will focus on supporting the facilities data migration to a new FM database.
Main tasks:Define a robust and efficient database structure to ensure data integrity and accessibilityPrepare and execute the massive upload of data into the new FM databaseCreate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate comprehensive reports to track and analyze facilities metrics RequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
