Compensation Range:$70,000.00 - $80,000.00Plus Incentive Bonus based on PerformanceThe Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining company standards in regard to our buildings' upkeep, cleanliness, and functional repair.
They also recommend improvements to the theaters in their region based on their assessments and cooperation with venue management teams.
This includes building/grounds maintenance, environmental/safety regulation compliance, food & beverage production equipment, and the general maintenance and appearance of all areas of the building.
From both a guest and staff perspective, the building, furnishings, and equipment need to meet world-class standards.
