Introduction:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Construction to join our team. As a Facilities Construction, you will be responsible for managing multiple facilities projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and vendors to effectively coordinate and execute construction activities. The successful candidate will have strong decision-making skills and the ability to thrive in uncertain scenarios.
Responsibilities:
- Manage facilities project activities to ensure timely installation, including tracking schedules, budgets, costs, performance targets, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with the engineering group to draft and issue specifications for machine installation or relocation.
- Participate in capacity and scenario planning, assessing the impact on facilities systems and distribution capacity.
- Report on installation status and adherence to programs for new machine installations.
- Review and maintain engineering standards and specifications.
- Participate in design compliance with applicable standards, codes, and regulations.
- Support the definition of clean room layouts.
- Ensure change management procedures are followed.
- Provide supervision, coordination, and construction support for supplier resources on the construction site.
- Support the documentation of facility and hook-up system procedures for commissioning.
- Coordinate and assist with the management of systems and equipment commissioning and start-ups.
Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering. Master's Degree is a plus.
- 0-5 years of experience in industrial projects (entry level).
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and a service-oriented attitude.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Proficient in English
- Knowledge of office software.
