**All about the role**:
For more than one hundred years now, we've been working at the forefront of shaping living for the better, developing products that meet people's demands in terms of taste, care and wellbeing.
But as consumer needs and wants to continue to evolve, we have even more work to do.
Within the company Manufacturing Engineering site, you will be working closely with various teams within the plant also external stakeholders, in the area of Sustainability and Energy Saving consciousness.
You will act as a "Technical coordinator" in the projects and also in outsourced services - related to the energy savings, utilities, buildings.
Please note this contract is temporary.
**In detail, you will**:
- Managing ISO 50001 (Plant and Porcia Site) and Green Spirit frameworks to aim the best merging between those two areas
- Planning and implementing of audits both on the system and on the field
- Keeping the track of KPI's and leading weekly/monthly meetings
- Being a key member in the Energy Steering Committee and involving in the development of the action plan and budgeting process
- Acting as liaise with Central Manufacturing Engineering/Green Spirit structures
- Driving awareness campaigns towards Factory employees in the area of Sustainability and Energy Saving consciousness.
- Analyse the technical specification related to the new processes with the project leader in order to maximize the energy efficiency
- Qualifications:
- Engineering University degree (Bachelor or Master), preferable in Energetical profile or similar
- Min.
2 years of professional experience in industrial manufacturing, particularly within ISO 50001 standard, with proven track of gaining the certification
- Required languages: Fluent Italian, good English and other languages will be a plus
- Proactive approach, goal orientation, very good communication skills and strong focus on collaboration
- Good project management skills and work organisation

You will be based in Porcia (Italy) just a few minutes from Pordenone and about 1-hour distance from the city of Venice where around 2000 people daily contribute to our purpose.
