Partner with the best As Quality Inspector you will oversee the inspection of machined parts. You will ensure that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements. Initiate non-conformance reports on all machined parts that are not compliant to drawing and ENG specifications. Initiate corrective action requests for all non-conforming parts. Complete inspections and distribute all quality records and documents relating to Inspection.
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for:
Performing daily activities according to Health, Safety Environment & Quality standardRealizing material identification, execution of quality check of the state of the details in accordance with the applicable specificationsPerforming Quality supervision, non-destructive test and cycle work documentation checkParticipating to weekly HSE & Quality communication shared by Ops Leader and Production Supervisor with all the team (safety Talk & quality Talk)Monitoring quality KPIDeveloping and executing Quality Assurance plans and NCR systemsSupervising of quality inspectionsManaging quality documentation and reports issued by inspectorsCollecting and archiving quality recordsSupporting and participating to internal and external auditsParticipating to welding and NDT qualification activitiesTo be successful in this role you will:
High school diploma (preferably Mechanical Expert)Preferably experience in similar role in Oil & Gas environmentAbility to read and interpret drawings/technical specificationsKnowledge and Expertise to use precision measuring instrumentsAvailability to make transfers and/or relocationsAvailability to work on weekends if necessaryPreferable to know fundamental of welding for manual, automatic and semi-automatic processBe fluent in Italian, fluency in English is preferred.Work in a way that works for you
