Part of the Luxury Group of Marriott International, Casa Brera is currently recruiting two F&B Service Supervisors to join the pre-opening team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals.
Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our four outlets.
This is a full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.The starting date is estimated in August.The impact you'll make You know the finest details of our menu and can't wait to share your expertise with our guests and the team. You are hands-on, the team spirit is what matters for you the most, you behave impeccably even when no one watches.
What you'll do Act as the point of reference for the F&B outlet operations during the shift.Ensure daily checklists and tasks assignment are completed in an effective and efficient manner.Take guests' food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate.Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.Order and restock outlet inventory and record transaction in the company purchasing system.Balance the cash register at the start and close of each shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.Conduct daily briefings liaising with the culinary department to ensure alignment.Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.What you'll need: Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.A safety-first approach.Positive outlook and dependability.Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.What we offer: A unique opportunity to be part of a luxury lifestyle hotel where we celebrate your unique talent.Part of Marriott International, the largest hospitality brand in the world- this means national and internal promotion opportunities for the right candidates.
