Job Summary The F&B Sales Specialist will report directly to the Director of Sales. He/She is a Cross Functional figure who will be in contact with most of the offices but mainly with Sales, Marketing and F&B, SPA. He/she will be in charge of promoting events at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia and the offers in the Hotel, F&B and SPA, like new menus, holidays and special events. The market target will mainly be the local community. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate has, at least, 1-2 years of experience in PR, Communication or Sales, preferably in the local market and with local luxury brands as he/she will be working on site. A great desire to grow, be hands on and learn as much as possible from the local environment will be considered a plus. He/she has a strong capability to work in autonomy, strong communication skills, creativity, proactivity and interest in the Luxury Hospitality industry. Job Responsibilities In support of all departments, the F&B Sales Specialist will be responsible for: Promote Hotel Events Connect with our chefs and F&B Team to keep up to date with new special menus Analyze the local market to find new ways to promote the hotel Liaise with the sales and marketing department to study new strategies Liaise with the F&B Director to keep abreast of the F&B world (news, suppliers, events...)
