About the role:
Under the responsibility of the F&B Director, the F&B Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the operations of the various outlets open during the shift.
What will you do:
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees and managers in multiple Food & Beverage outlets to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
Be visible in the operation, recognize and maintain relationships with regular Guests as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons.
Work closely with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Chefs to design an effective menu and work with the Sommelier Team for a quality wine list, while ensuring excellent product level at a fair price.
Comply with Four Seasons' Code of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Guarantee the quality of service promised by the brand.
What you bring:
College degree preferably specializing in Hotel/Restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required.
Three to five years previous experience in a culinary/food & beverage line position, or one to two years in a supervisory or assistant manager position.
Working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time position
The candidate must have a flexible schedule and work also on weekends and holidays.
This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
