F&B Host/Hostess - Internship

POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a bright, dedicated F&B Host/Hostess to support the Restaurant team during the breakfast and lunch service, satisfying all guest needs and exceeding their expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES Be the first point of contact when guests enter the dining areaWelcome guests according to the resort standards and escort them to their tableAssist the F&B leadership team in ensuring the overall experience expectations of the guest are metAssist in the setup and breakdown of special events and functionsComplete opening & closing responsibilitiesSatisfy guest needs and exceed their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication, and taking responsibility for guest needsMaintain high personal grooming standards and a neat uniform QUALIFICATIONS Good communication skillsGood knowledge of both verbal and written EnglishExcellent presentation and grooming standards
