We are currently looking for an F&B Assistant at the McArthurGlen Group Designer Outlet Castel Romano.
The new F&B Assistant/ Guest Lounge Advisor will provide proactive, professional, timely, efficient, and friendly service to all external and internal guests of the Centre, during their stay within the Guest Lounge, ensuring relevant information is given and all queries are followed through to the guest satisfaction to enhance the shopping experiences.

Grow through internal moves, cross-country projects, international secondments, and a calendar of core development opportunities.Values-Based Culture: Thrive in an inclusive and collaborative environment where we value excellence, innovation, and making a difference.Positive Work Environment: Over 89% of our colleagues would recommend us as a great place to work, according to our latest internal engagement survey.What you'll be doing…Meet and greet internal and external guests mainly focusing on the Guest Lounge and/or at the Guest Experience desk when necessary, resolving queries/complaints in a professional and friendly manner, and proactively offer information to add the greatest possible value to the customer experience.Regularly report to Guest Lounge Coordinator all data and figures of incoming Guests, travel partners, journalists, bloggers, brand partners visiting the Guest Lounge.Deal with all suppliers identified and appointed for the daily and special occasion management of the Guest Lounge.Support the service operations within the Guest Lounge when required.Take care of daily and monthly reporting generated by the list of Guests visiting the lounge and present data accordingly.Fill the periodical equipment, food and beverage inventory granting a smooth and effective supply as well as a perfect functioning of all devices at all times.Ensure the Guest Lounge is always clean, tidy, well-organised and well-stocked with relevant information to ensure that McArthurGlen is positively promoted at all times, using the so-called Fresh Eye report.Provide support in organizing events and meetings which take place into the Guest Lounge.You will…Experience in an F&B hospitality setting.IT skills – Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Languages: fluent English and Italian is mandatory.
