BAR SUPERVISORMain purpose: The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing bar operation. As Bar Supervisor you will manage the stock, serve guests, place stock orders, and ensure product quality.
Reports to: Bar Manager.
Provide friendly, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all of our Guests;Ensure that policies and procedures are complied with the highest standard of service;Ensure smooth running of all bar operations according to Rocco Forte Hotels standards and procedures;Comply with H&S national rules;Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues;Anticipate Guests needs and handle guest complaints;Monitor stock levels.We offer:Fixed-term contract according to C.C.N.L.
