**Mission**
**Main Accountabilities**
- Assess the F&A implications of new Projects.
- Be the main point of contact between Business, F&A (worldwide Local and Corporate) and IT Department in the new project requirements definition.
- Provide adequate support to local F&A Departments in case of special projects (start up, significant IT tools implementation, significant changes in accounting treatments, etc.
)
- Ensure development of teamwork & transversal cooperation.
- Coordinate and Support F&A and Business departments worldwide in the digitalization process.
- Support in the implementation of ESG Reporting
Profilo
**Technical skills**
- Degree in Economics/ Management Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles or as a consultant on F&A Processes
- Knowledge in Retail business Operations
- International Accounting principles
- Knowledge of the Group Policy and procedures
- IT Applications (Office, SAP/BW, Power BI.,)
- English Fluent
