JOB PURPOSE The Eyewear Retail Merchandising Specialist will support the Retail Merchandiser managing the Eyewear category business in Prada boutiques worldwide. Main activities will include data analysis, report preparation, stock check and reorder process, and product lifecycle management. The candidate will liaise internally with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Pricing, Visual Merchandising, and externally with the Licensor.
RESPONSIBILITIES Elaborate weekly and monthly sales/stock reports, focusing on sell-out and sell-through analysis at both market and product levels.Cooperate with the Licensor and internal teams to optimize product master data, price, and photo management.Assist in defining the sales campaign guidelines, ensuring a proper product assortment considering boutiques' needs and sales potential.Support the regional merchandising and Supply Chain teams in monthly carryover reorder activities, anticipating key category sales peaks and guaranteeing best seller availability worldwide.Monitor industry trends and competitors' actions to anticipate tendencies and changes in buying patterns.Collaborate with departments such as Merchandising, Communication, and Ecommerce to support business and market needs.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Professional education in management engineering, economics, or marketing.Experience as a Retail Merchandiser or in a licensing team is a plus.Team player with a positive attitude.Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure to meet seasonal deadlines.Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.Passion for fashion and luxury, with an interest in the Eyewear category.Fluent in English; a second language would be a plus.
