Role Overview The External Production Planning Officer will manage production planning and scheduling, playing a key role in the supply chain.
This position involves close collaboration with the supervisor to plan, schedule, and oversee production activities, ensuring alignment with time, quality, and cost objectives.
The role also implies ensuring the efficiency of production processes and the continuous improvement of the company performance.
In your role you will: Define production plans in alignment with company needs and resources availability, following instructions provided by the manager;Be responsible for the management of production projects, ensuring that the planned time deadlines, quality and costs are met;Constantly monitor the effectiveness of production processes and promptly intervene to address anomalies or inefficiencies;Play an active role in contributing to the continuous improvement of the company performance by proposing innovative solutions and process optimisation to the manager.The ideal candidate has: Advanced level (minimum B2) of English - written and spoken;Bachelor's degree in Management or Industrial Engineering.
Other degrees will be considered if accompanied by a theoretical basis in planning and knowledge of supply chain principles.Location: Reggio Calabria, Italy
