Join us in our External Affairs team and you will help the management to develop a compelling narrative on PMI operations and manufacturing best practices in Italy to enhance company positioning.
Specific responsibilities include: Support the development of an effective external engagement plan aimed at positioning Philip Morris Manufacturing Technology Bologna (PM MTB) factory as a strategic pillar of PMI transformation.
In collaboration with the supervisor, leverage synergies with strategic stakeholders in the operations value chain.
Help the management to develop a compelling narrative around PM MTB while scouting opportunities for external visibility.
Ensure the deployment of External Affairs related activities in the factory.
Act as a trait d'union between PM MTB and Philip Morris Italy.
In coordination with the supervisor, collaborate with local business associations to identify potential new partnerships (e.g., universities, start-ups) on topics revolving around engineering and manufacturing.
Collaborate with PMI central team to scout and assess potential public-private partnerships.
Who we're looking for: Graduation in Engineering, economics, political science or related fields.
At least 6/7 years of previous experience preferably in a similar role or in other roles within the External Affairs department, preferably in a Manufacturing context.
Proactivity and ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
Strong communication skills and solid experience in stakeholder management, both internal and external.
Proven experience in Project Management.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing and technical innovation processes.
Advanced knowledge of English and Italian.
