The ideal candidate is someone who wants to make a difference in a dynamic environment and is responsible for the company's performance at an international level.

Responsibilities: Manage the assigned portfolio to achieve turnover growth. Develop existing customers and distribution partners. Establish deep relationships with key decision-makers at end customers. Preserve customer loyalty. Achieve new customers and generate new opportunities for strategic partnerships. Train distributors and their end users on the company's products and services. Coordinate operational marketing activities, participate in fairs, and other marketing events. Analyze and report on market trends, the company, and competitors. Qualifications and Experience: Consolidated experience in the role and knowledge of the bicycle market. Experience in B2B & Retail. Experience in managing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies. Strong commercial sensitivity and persuasive skills. Experience in managing technical business negotiations. Experience working with CRM. Fluent in Spanish and English (preferably knowledge of French). Dynamic and motivated individual with a high level of energy and strength in driving new sales. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to develop/maintain good relationships with clients and business partners. Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to work internationally in multicultural environments. Demonstrated problem-setting and problem-solving ability. What We Offer: Employment contract: Full-time, Indefinite.
