Who are we?Sales Line: we are a headhunting and recruiting company working with more than 135 SMEs and multinational companies across Italy and Europe.Who is our client?Our client is a global leader in the chemical sector, committed to providing innovative and sustainable solutions.Who are we looking for?We are looking for an Export Customer Service Officer, who handles sales orders and the processing of requests, applying company procedures within their area of responsibility.Must have?Experience in similar roles, good knowledge of export processes (Extra EU), fluent English (B2 level +) and great communication skills.The Export Customer Service Officer is responsible for:Imputing orders in the system, verifying compliance with the conditions of sale in force and providing to complete all the procedures that led to the fulfillment of the order;Ensuring the prompt processing of sales orders and efficient organization of transport, coordinating with other functions (production, warehouse, logistics) in order to meet customer requirements;Preparing the required export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill Of Lading) and ensuring its registration;Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.Ideal Candidate:High school diploma;2-3 years of experience in a similar role;Good knowledge of export processes (Extra EU);Knowledge of MS Office software and SAP;Fluent English (B2 level+) and knowledge of Spanish (B1-B2).
