Key Responsibilities and Activities The intern will be joining our International Customer Service team within our Regional EMEA HQs and will support the team members in: - Entry and modification of customer orders in company database; - Mastering reporting and analysis - Contact with the customer by telephone and email; - Interaction with the various business functions for the resolution of order issues; - Definition and maintenance of periodic reporting about orders Soft Skills Pragmatic Hands on approach Curious and willing to learn Structured approach to problems and activities Excellent interpersonal skills Software Skills Proficient Microsoft User, in particular Excel Familiarity with the use of SAP SD will be considered as a strong plus Language Skills Fluency in Italian and EnglishOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: At Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
