Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionThe Export Control Officer will be responsible of:Policy Implementation and Execution;Compliance with export control regulations (based on the entity's risk profile), implements and monitors the requirements of the Global Standards and Procedures within his area of responsibility;Transfer and implement globally defined processes to regional/local level where required;Monitoring of national export control law changes;Adjust standard processes due to local legal requirements;Local project and process execution;Supervising the implementation of export control procedures regionally/ locally;Issuing of instructions to all employees involved in the shipping process;Ensure operational tasks as described in policy are performed accordingly;Export Control Classification based on US, EU and national law;Export control license determination and application;Conduction of export control checks based on locally applicable lawsLocal export control license application;Monitor continuously the business activities in the area of responsibility and daily trade operations execution;Reporting to local authorities and contact person and coordinator in case of local external and internal audits;Continuous monitoring of business activities;QualificationsEducation: Master Degree in Law or Economics;Personality: We are looking fora professional withleadership and collaboration skills, result orientation ang very good communication skills;Experience and Knowledge: Technical knowledge in the field of export control and sanctions compliance and professional experience in the field of foreign trade;Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of export controls incl.
