Job Opportunity: Export Area Manager Industrial Packaging For our client, an international company leader in the industrial packaging sector (polypropylene films), we are looking for an Export Area Manager who will be in charge of developing and managing international clients.
The candidate will work in the Sales department in tandem with management and other company divisions to sell and promote technical solutions to customers, providing technical advice and support.
Reporting to the Export Manager, the candidate will be responsible for:
Ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets through the management of current customers and the generation of new business opportunities.Managing a customer portfolio in the assigned geographical area, overseeing a network of Agents, Corporate Clients, and/or Distributors.Interacting with partners and monitoring competitors to identify needs and new business opportunities.Reporting customer/market requests to the Product Management function, contributing to the definition of objectives for new products to be developed and launched.Managing sales revenue (turnover, product gross margin).Having 3-5 years of experience as a sales professional, achieving good results with industrial customers, preferably in the industrial packaging industry (polypropylene film/flexible packaging and labels applications).You must be highly motivated, have a strong drive to achieve sales targets, and be able to work independently from your home office.
You should be proficient in structured sales techniques, market research, data analysis, and the use of CRM systems.
Mandatory: Fluency in English, written and spoken. Further languages are a plus.
You must be willing to travel abroad. Salary Package: Long-term contract; Competitive fixed salary plus bonus (revenue share) plus benefits.

Full remote with frequent business trips.
