Offerta
Turnover Increase: consolidation and strengthening of existing customers with the aim of acquiring new business to increase turnover;
Achieve sales targets, thinking, programming and applying autonomously commercial strategies;
Identification and implementation of effective commercial and marketing strategies, to be implemented in various markets, including the research of new services and/or products with the aim of customer satisfaction;
New customers and markets opening;
Research and retention of new customers in the markets already covered;
Search and activation of new customers in new target areas;
Support on margin growth;
Identification, study and planning of ad hoc customer offers/promotions/action plan;
Autonomous negotiation with customers (national and/or international) to respond in detail to the customer's needs;
Preparing customized business plans;
Analysis of sales trends: constant analysis on sales and competition trends in the various markets of competence (national and/or international);
Monitor the turnover and margins of specific areas, and more generally of those of the company.
Competenze ed esperienza
At least 3/5 years of experience in Sales Department;
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach;
Experience with Office software packages;
Strong attitude towards sales and negotiation;
Good communication and listening skills;
Good presentation and storytelling techniques;
Project management skills, analytical thinking, and entrepreneurship: the candidate is able to prepare selling offers and promotions on specific products for each customer, to present and negotiate the offer with the customer;
Attitude for learning.
