Export Area Manager Con Alemán

From Melt Group we are looking for a fruit and vegetable company, an Export Area Manager in the province of Puglia, Italy who will help in the loyalty and prospecting of the market customers in the European market.
Main functions: Management, planning and organization of the commercial administration area.
Manage and expand the client portfolio.
Management and negotiation of trade agreements.
Maintain a productive and regular relationship with partners.
Management of agreements with producers in the sector.
Report to the Directorate on progress and strategic needs for the achievement of the objectives.
Attendance at trade fairs.
Propose new channels, markets and/or products.
Research and development of new business opportunities.
Develop and manage the sales plan for each market based on identified needs and opportunities.
Requirements: High knowledge of English for negotiations.
Proficiency in any other language will be a plus.
3 years of sales experience in the field of marketing within fruits / vegetables or food industry in European distribution.
Knowledgeable of the commercial and operational process, of the products and their packaging.
Experience in customer and market analysis.
Knowledge of German for negotiations.
