We are more than 121,000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with profiles as diverse as financiers, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers and designers.About the job:The successful candidate will have principal responsibilities comprising the following:Actively contributing to the origination and execution of Export & Agency finance mandates.Analysis of projects (feasibility, risks); identification of key issues and proposal of improvements to achieve successful financing.Elaborate risk proposals detailing the underlying transaction structure.Actively engage with ECAs, Multilaterals and private insures in the approval process.Development of financing documentation (contracts) and management of insurance policies in collaboration with Legal services and/or external law firms.Negotiation with borrowers, exporters and financing institutions related to the terms & conditions applicable to the transaction and financial document clauses.Collaboration with internal departments to originate and sign project.Preparation of Information Memos and Lender Presentations for lead role opportunities and coordination of bank meetings.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in Export & Agency finance deals or a comparable background in investment banking or other industry.Proven experience in winning and executing large scale mandates and/or lead arranging positions with main ECAs.Preferable knowledge and experience in ECA project finance structures.Business School/University degree in economics or business administration, law, or engineering.Preferably international working experience.Fluency in English, other language advantageous (Spanish, Italian, French, German).Soft SkillsStructured and organized with strong analytical skills.Well balanced team player.International mindset.Goal oriented individual with initiative and leadership.Client focus.Lateral thinker who likes to come up with outside-the-box-solutions.Skills:English LanguageSummaryLocation: MILAN (ITALIA)Type: Full time
