PrestaShop is part of MBE Worldwide, a leading global ecommerce and logistics platform for businesses.Indirect channel Team are looking for their next Expert Solution Engineer in Italy.The Expert Solution Engineer's mission is to provide the regional developer's community with the right tech/product knowledge and support to make PS become their platform of choice.Here is an overview of your responsibilities:Engage the regional developer's community along the Expert conversion funnel through:- Expert Support: For the top tier (platinum and gold) Experts, provide direct support for specific project developments, demos with high potential merchants, integrations, marketplace submissions, bug fixes and development of new features incentivising also the contribution to the open source project.
Conduct regular (once a quarter at least) one to ones with Expert CTOs.- Developers certification: in cooperation with the other regional TAMs and the responsible of the Academy, define the content and the certification levels and develop the localised version of the exam for the specific region.- Academy (online on demand): in cooperation with the other regional TAMs and the responsible of the Academy, define the syllabus of the on demand training and record the localised version for the specific region.- Training (live online or in person): in cooperation with the other regional TAMs and the responsible of the Academy, define the syllabus and develop the localised teaching materials to perform live trainings for current and prospect experts including MBE centers willing to train their personnel.- Live events: Live webinars and public speeches about tech/product updates, specific features and integration, to promote PrestaShop as solution, the Academy, the expert program in general and the open source project.- Oversee the Expert Platform (my expert space) performance, collect and process support tickets acting as a liaison with the delivery squads.Recognize yourself in this description?
