What You'll Do As a senior expert consultant for Energy Practice, you will work alongside our consulting teams and play a pivotal role in advising clients on executive level on Large Capital Project management, strategy, and implementation.
You will lead and advise diverse and high-performing project teams enabling them to find the right approach, motivate them to deliver on time, and achieve long-term impact for our clients.
You will also drive and orchestrate the majority of the project-related client interactions ensuring a constructive collaboration with our clients.

What You'll Bring As an expert consultant you should have the following: 6+ years of experience in leading and managing large capital projects for the energy industry, particularly experience within oil gas companies or service providers for the oil gas industry.
Expert knowledge on large capital project implementation from concept to implementation.
Domain knowledge of large capital projects in engineering, procurement supply chain, construction, commissioning, and contract management is also considered a plus.
Experience in managing teams, devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and communication of strategic solutions.
Superior problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a demanding environment.
Exceptional drive and commitment striving for excellence.
Highly self-driven, well-structured yet flexible, able to think strategically / end-to-end.
High level of agility, eager to develop new skills and areas of expertise.
Willingness to travel according to business needs.
Excellent academic track record.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
