At Eni, we are looking for an Expert Refining Evolution and Transformation. Planning & Control who, within the Chief Financial Officer function, will support the manager in ensuring the correct application of the Planning and Control process, with reference to the activities of: Refining, Supply and Logistic, Trading.
Who will you work with: Eni people who operate in the Chief Financial Officer function have a fundamental role in defining the scenarios and the medium-long term plan. Among the various professional activities, they offer their contribution by overseeing the processes of administration and budget, finance, merger & acquisition, planning and control, acting in support of the lines for achieving business objectives and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.
Within the Refining Evolution and Transformation Planning & Control and Consolidation team you will be responsible for: Prepare reporting relating to the Financial Statement, Forecast, Budget and Strategic Plan; Support the Business Lines in planning activities (Budget, Forecast and Strategic Plan); Analyze the phenomena underlying the deviations of the actual results from the Budget and previous periods; Use company applications both in the forecasting and accounting closing phases (SAP, Mastro, etc.) to ensure the correct application of the Control Model; Develop economic assessments with reference to M&A or investment initiatives; Participate in the Cash Budget development process; Develop impairment test assessments; Support medium-long term planning and risk assessment processes; Ensure appropriate information flows to business units. This is the opportunity for you if you meet these requirements: Master's degree in Management Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Economics; At least three years of experience in strategic planning or economic evaluations, financial/budget analysis or simulation techniques; Interest in the energy sector and decarbonisation issues; Knowledge of SAP management software is appreciated; Good knowledge of the English language.
