Adecco Consultants research for a strongly acknowledged General Contractor operating in the Data Centers sector a figure of Expert QA/QC
Role Overview:
The Expert QA/QC provides technical and operational support to ensure projects meet the highest quality standards, acting as a key reference for QA/QC activities on complex and mission-critical projects. This role demands deep technical expertise, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work closely with construction and commissioning teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all materials and installations comply with contractual and technical specifications. Implement a structured and preventive approach to avoid errors, supporting the 'Right First Time' philosophy. Conduct quality inspections and controls, analyzing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and supporting their resolution through Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Provide training and technical assistance to project teams, fostering a culture of quality. Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure delivered products meet the required standards. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent) with at least 10 years of experience, or 15 years for trade-based profiles. In-depth knowledge of CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural), electrical, mechanical, and control systems. Advanced skills in technical documentation (ITPs, checklists, reports). Strong understanding of commissioning and turnover procedures. Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Collaborative attitude and attention to detail. Clear and authoritative communication with internal and external teams. Other: Good knowledge of the English language, good knowledge of the Office package.
Highly Desirable (but not essential): Own Transport & Driving Licence
